Are you licensed?
Yes. Our founder is a licensed real estate broker with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. Please call us at 706.817.0642. Please leave a message if we do not answer and we will return your call promptly. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes. We provide the option of sending our investors an ACH payment or a check. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
No. We will provide a Georgia Association of Realtors current lease agreement. Our agreement with you states we represent you as a client with authorization to lease the property on your behalf. -
Do you sell real estate too?
No. We will be happy to refer you to one of our highly experienced real estate agent partners. -
How and when do I get my checks?
You have the option of ACH or Check. We remit on the by the 15th of the month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is collected through the tenant portal or can be delivered to our office. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our lease term is one year. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
One month’s rent and is due before occupancy. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
The onboarding of your property may depend on the condition. We will conduct a “rent ready” walk through with you to determine if items need attention before the property is marketed. Our goal is to maximize your return and minimize risk therefore we will partner with you to determine if any repairs are needed prior to marketing. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single family residential and up to 12 apartment units. Condos, homes, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes and quadplexes. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You get monthly reports as well as on demand report functionality within our property management application. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
RealtyWerx holds the deposit and manages the move-out deposit process.
